Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Benefis Health System. As a key member of our pediatric therapy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, and fluency difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on speech and language development and disorders.
  • Supervise and mentor students and new staff members in speech-language pathology practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure in Speech Pathology (as Speech Pathologist) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of speech-language pathology, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds.
