About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Great Falls Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in examination, treatment, or diagnostic procedures as requested by physicians, following established standards and practices.
  • Function as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient.
  • Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations, and provide support to your team of co-workers.
  • Give direction to CNA's and Schedulers, and receive direction from Providers, Coordinators, and Clinical Managers/Supervisors.
Requirements
  • CMA: Appropriate licensure/certification, and follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure requirements.
  • LPN: Graduate of a Nursing Program, and follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMA: BLS (Basic Life Support), and a graduate of a medical assisting program with a CMA/RMA Certification Examination of the America Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Medical Technologists.
  • LPN: Current State LPN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), and follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure requirements.
