Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Skill: Ability to operate a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone.
Work Environment

Columbia Sportswear is an active and dynamic work environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be required to frequently move about the store, adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs., and use specialized equipment. You will also be required to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts.
