Job Overview
WESTCARE INC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the refurbishing, remodeling, and maintenance of its facilities. This role requires extensive travel, including local, regional, and out-of-state locations.

About the Job
The Construction Superintendent will report directly to the VP of Fitzhouse and be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and supervising construction workers. They will also assist in new construction, refurbishing, and remodeling projects, as well as manage facility operation budgets.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in new construction, refurbishing, and remodeling projects
* Manage facility operation budgets
* Interview, hire, and supervise construction workers
* Ensure compliance with State and Federal safety regulations, fire codes, employee safety training, and facility maintenance
* Conduct regular site visits to assigned WestCare facilities

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a comparable role
* Bachelor's Degree in architectural design or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
* Valid drivers license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCares vehicle insurance
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively as part of a team

Working Conditions
* Possible exposure to fumes, dust, wet/damp surfaces, and extreme hot and cold conditions
* Possible need to climb ladders, work on uneven terrain, and inspect and work in confined spaces
* Extensive travel - local, regional and out-of-state including overnight stays

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
