Position Overview:

This role involves examining payment behaviors and wagering patterns to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activities. The individual will support the Payments Manager in addressing issues related to credit card and other payment frauds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authenticate and validate customer identities and relevant documentation.
  • Engage with clients regarding account and payment inquiries, resolving issues while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Investigate financial discrepancies on accounts and assess risks associated with third-party processors.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report various fraud trends, escalating critical findings to the Team Leader.
  • Document incidents, bugs, and operational malfunctions impacting both external and internal processes for the Team Leader's review.
  • Collaborate closely with the compliance team.
  • Work in conjunction with KYC, Payments, and Customer Support teams.
  • Provide regular updates on departmental performance and highlight any shifts in risk profiles.
  • Coordinate with other teams and departments to resolve issues and ensure efficient first-time resolutions.
  • Manage escalations and follow up on customer and agent-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in casinos or sports betting.
  • Preferred background in iGaming.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic payment systems.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • College degree or a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Work/Educational Experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary gaming license.
