Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at HUB International Limited. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a book of High Net Worth/Affluent clients, processing daily account activity, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines
  • Conduct annual reviews, prepare proposals, and policy summaries to ensure clients receive the best possible coverage
  • Verify policy coverages and endorsements for accuracy and relevance, utilizing various online rating systems
  • Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing in a timely and efficient manner
  • Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations
  • Handle or refer insured's and underwriter's questions, providing clear and concise answers
  • Perform other specific duties as directed by the department manager and/or team leads
  • Pursue a program of professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
  • Good typing skills and computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work within designated time frames and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • College degree or relevant work experience, with a P&C License required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Applied Epic Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, with comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages including health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
