About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for designing and preparing electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects.
This role is part of the Design function, which is responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use.
- Review updated various drawings for changes, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.
- Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly and conducting surveys of space.
- Assist with the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct.
- Point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.
- Collect on-site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions and data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
