Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Finisher to join our team at Stand-By Personnel. As a key member of our Skilled Division, you will be responsible for processing parts for coating using 2-part paint, baking parts through the oven process, and inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process parts for coating using 2-part paint and ensure accurate application.
- Bake parts through the oven process to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and company specifications.
- Interpret prints, sketches, and verbal descriptions accurately to ensure correct part processing.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with electrostatic paint guns, pressure pots, conventional guns, HVLP cup guns, and sandblasting.
- Ability to wear a respirator during painting or coating processes throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must own or be willing to purchase the minimum set of tools required for the job, including a locking toolbox.
