Job Summary:
Sales associates are responsible for customer experience within multiple businesses. Tasks include engaging as a member of a high-performing team, building relationships with customers, demonstrating selling techniques, participating in team selling, assisting with visual merchandising and cash handling. A competitive hourly rate ($15-$18 per hour) is offered along with flexible schedules to accommodate varying customer needs. Additionally, tuition reimbursement opportunities are available for professional growth and development. Employee discounts on products and services are also provided. Physical requirements include standing and walking for most of the work shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing ladders as needed.
