Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and screenings to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and nutrition-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in clinical nutrition to ensure the highest quality care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field.
