Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

As an Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist at Webber, LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing roads and other infrastructure assets. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set up and remove traffic control devices, including cones, message boards, and temporary signage.
- Maintain and repair bridge structures, equipment rooms, and mechanical assets.
- Perform basic electrical systems maintenance, including emergency telephones, CCTV systems, and electronic traffic signs.
- Operate large trucks and specialized motor vehicles and trailers to transport crew and equipment to work sites.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required; one year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
- CDL, DOT certifications, electrical, and welding certifications highly desirable.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
