We are currently in search of highly driven and personable Field Sales Representatives who are eager to represent Frontier Communications Inc.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $30K, complemented by uncapped commissions and cash bonuses.
  • Potential first-year earnings ranging from $72K to over $114K.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily training sessions, either virtually or in-person, with your team.
  • Engage with small to medium-sized businesses to foster B2B sales relationships.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from qualified leads through to face-to-face presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and support with your team throughout the day.
  • Present a comprehensive range of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services to local businesses.
  • Document and organize your sales activities, follow-ups, and client information using our CRM system daily.

Qualifications:

  • A motivated and passionate sales professional with aspirations to earn over $100K in your first year.
  • Proficient in technology and its applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both effective and collaborative.
  • A desire to advance within the company through our Career Development Program.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
