Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool at LewisGale Hospital Pulaski, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in various clinical settings and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification within 60 days of employment.
