Compensation: $13.50/ $15.00 Hourly with options for Pay on Demand.

Qualifications for a Support Specialist:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in caregiving, direct support, and knowledge of assisted living practices.

Attributes: Demonstrate patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.

Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be required for certain positions.
