We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at FCS, Inc. as a California licensed LCSW or LMFT.

Job Summary:

FCS, Inc. is a leading provider of intensive outpatient (IOP) services for individuals struggling with binge eating disorders. We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with binge eating disorders
  • Collaborate with our dietician to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet client goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • California license as an LCSW or LMFT
  • Experience working with clients with eating disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
