About This Role

The Asset Protection Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our retail stores and guests. As a key member of the Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for educating and enrolling retail store teams in our global priorities, promoting a safe and secure environment, and preventing loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Protection Expertise: Understand and communicate lululemon Asset Protection policies and applicable operating procedures at their respective location(s).
  • Visible Presence: Maintain a visible presence at the store entrance to ensure a welcoming, safe, and secure environment.
  • Emergency Response: Lead and support emergency and crisis incidents affecting the store.
  • Team Well-being and Safety: Address team well-being and safety concerns, reporting incidents promptly to store leadership and asset protection support teams.
  • Training and Education: Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to train the team on AP-related topics and ensure 100% compliance with quarterly First Aid Training.
  • Inventory Management: Review inventory accuracy reports and create action plans to address compliance and operational gaps.
  • Guest Experience: Support the team in resolving AP-related guest feedback and addressing concerns or escalations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming and celebrating differences, and establish supportive relationships with all team members.
Requirements
  • Legally Authorized to Work: Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to the assigned store(s).
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business need.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience with frequent customer interactions.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience, coaching others to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaboration: Direct or indirect experience in retail Asset Protection or lost prevention, and/or law enforcement.
