Key Responsibilities
- Support the Controller in executing month-end processes;
- Record Journal Entries accurately;
- Conduct Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation;
- Assist in the preparation of Consolidated Balance Sheet and Income Statement;
- Analyze financial reports and statements;
- Manage Monthly Sales & Use Tax obligations;
- Provide assistance with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable as needed;
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by Finance Group leadership;
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
- 1-4 years of relevant experience;
- Strong communication and presentation abilities;
- High energy and a proactive attitude;
- Innovative thinking while driving initiatives forward;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively;
- Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint is a plus;
- Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantage is advantageous;
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms.
- Extended periods of sitting at a workstation and utilizing a computer;
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 lbs;
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment and keyboards;
- Able to maneuver materials on flat surfaces and overhead storage.
