We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team of QA professionals at our Minnesota plant. As the Site Head for Quality, you will oversee 10-15 manufacturing lines of various oil-based products and ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our team and drive quality excellence. With a strong background in QA management and a passion for food safety, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 QA professionals and making strategic decisions to improve our quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA professionals to ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations
- Oversee 10-15 manufacturing lines of various oil-based products
- Develop and implement quality processes to drive excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA management roles within food & beverage manufacturing
- Strong background in USDA and FDA regulations
- Located near the Minnesota/Iowa border
- Competitive compensation range: $90-$120k
