**Reports to:** Shift Lead/Manager

As a **Customer Service Associate**, your primary responsibility is to uphold exceptional service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing cash transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with the Mountain Mike's menu offerings.
  • Master the Adora POS system for seamless transactions.
  • Differentiate between various order types: phone-takeout, paid takeout, phone dine-in, paid dine-in, and delivery.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive and bid farewell as they leave.
  • Accurately take and confirm customer orders.
  • Process payments and finalize transactions, ensuring customers receive their receipts.
  • Understand and comply with Alcohol Beverage Control Policies.
  • Handle phone orders with efficiency.
  • Monitor the status of customer orders while they wait.
  • Deliver the correct orders to customers, whether for takeout or dine-in, providing necessary utensils and condiments.
  • Set up or dismantle the salad bar based on shift requirements.
  • Restock the salad bar as needed, ensuring availability of backup supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the salad bar cart at all times.
  • Keep the pizza warmer organized and clean, especially during peak hours.
  • Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverages as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness of counters, sneeze guards, registers, and dining areas.
  • Assist in bussing tables.
  • Adhere to hand sanitation and food safety protocols consistently.
  • Wash dishes as necessary.
  • Prepare boxes for takeout orders.
  • Check, clean, and restock restrooms as assigned.
  • Count cash registers as directed.
  • Utilize time management skills to efficiently complete job responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Report customer feedback to the shift manager or manager.
  • Possess a general understanding of back-of-house operations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor across all facilities associated with Chandi Restaurants.
  • Undertake additional projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry and front-of-house operations.
  • Proficiency in using cash registers and related software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • All necessary certifications (e.g., Food Handlers) are required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
  • Capability to work in diverse environments.
