Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver healthcare services to residents with respect and dignity.
  • Carry out domestic and household duties as needed.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks while promoting their independence.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, temperature, and respiration, reporting any changes in their condition.
  • Maintain accurate care records and document all services provided.
  • Offer companionship and basic emotional support to enhance residents' well-being.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a home health aide or CNA.
  • Ability to monitor vital signs and collect necessary specimens.
  • Understanding of basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Knowledge of nursing and healthcare administration.
  • Exhibit a caring and compassionate demeanor.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • First Aid training is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

A signing bonus is available for fully licensed candidates upon completion of the probationary period.
