  • Assist Waitstaff in providing exceptional service to guests
  • Remove tableware and utensils to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Clear tables of dirty dishes, utensils, and napkins, and clean surfaces for the next guests
  • Ensure the availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, and napkins for tables
  • Help Dishwashers by sorting and organizing used tableware for washing
  • Deliver food and assist Food Servers during peak restaurant times
  • Clean spills in the kitchen and dining areas
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shift)
  • Knowledge of food safety
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Speed and finesse are essential
  • Meet all company standards
  • Maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates
  • Complete ongoing certifications and validations
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work in outdoor elements with varying temperatures
