Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Soccer Coach to join our team. As a coach with Dribbler, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and skill levels, providing one-on-one coaching and training sessions in a variety of settings, including backyards, fields, and private facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality coaching and training services to clients, focusing on skills development and game strategy.
- Develop and implement customized training programs for clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive coaching experience.
- Maintain a safe and supportive training environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed client satisfaction targets, as measured by regular feedback and evaluation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a soccer coach or trainer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to travel to client locations, using reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
