Job Title: Automotive Painter

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team at STS Group, a leading supplier of components and systems for the commercial vehicle and automotive industries.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to manufactured products, ensuring high-quality finishes and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply protective and decorative coatings to manufactured products using spray guns and other equipment.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for coating, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Select and mix coating liquids to achieve desired colors and finishes.
  • Operate paint booths and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in automotive paint and body repair.
  • Experience with paint surfaces, paint sprayers, and paint booths preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Environment:
