Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and file vehicle titles and registrations in a timely manner.
- Verify title details and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Engage with customers, financial institutions, and governmental agencies to address title-related concerns.
- Maintain precise records of all title and registration transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of title documents to relevant authorities.
- Provide support to the sales and finance departments with inquiries and tasks related to titles.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure prompt processing of title paperwork to facilitate vehicle transactions.
- Offer administrative assistance to the Title and Registration Manager.
