People Plus, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Claims Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will work closely with hospitals and insurance companies to track claims status and ensure timely billing. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to hospitals and insurance providers to gather information on claims status
• Enter accurate codes, charges, and claim details into our system
• Set up claims for billing and manage the process from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
