Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all users of the aquatic facility.
  • Greet all individuals entering the aquatic area.
  • Assist in overseeing the pool environment to comply with health regulations.
  • Monitor activities within the aquatic space to guarantee user safety.
  • Enforce facility rules to maintain a secure and pleasant environment.
  • Support organized member activities such as lap swimming and spa usage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the facility and equipment.
  • Conduct regular testing and adjustments of pool water chemistry.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and engage in mandatory training sessions.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in Lifeguard Training from a recognized organization.
  • Certification in Community First Aid and Safety.
  • CPR certification for Professional Rescuers or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
  • At least one year of experience as a lifeguard.
