Job Summary

The Overlook is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Manager to lead our clinical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising clinical services and operations, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise clinical services and operations
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide clinical direction and guidance to staff
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred, MSN strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a patient care setting
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current MA Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Demonstrated clinical and supervisory skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
