The Overlook is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Manager to lead our clinical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising clinical services and operations, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise clinical services and operations
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Provide clinical direction and guidance to staff
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and quality of care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred, MSN strongly preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a patient care setting
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- Current MA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Demonstrated clinical and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
