Job Title: Electronic Visit Verification Issues Focused Skills Trainer

Tempus Unlimited Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Electronic Visit Verification Issues Focused Skills Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Care Management Service, you will play a critical role in providing training and support to our clients and staff.

Job Summary:

The Electronic Visit Verification Issues Focused Skills Trainer will be responsible for providing training and ongoing support to our clients and staff on the use of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems. This includes providing issue-focused functional skills training, monitoring and reporting any issues with ongoing compliance with the use of EVV, and working with clients and staff to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients and staff on the use of EVV systems
  • Monitor and report any issues with ongoing compliance with the use of EVV
  • Work with clients and staff to resolve any technical issues that may arise
  • Provide issue-focused functional skills training within 3 business days of a request from a client or staff member
  • Work with clients and staff to create and obtain emails and other documentation as needed
  • Provide information on EVV devices, vouchers, and exemptions
  • Monitor and report any overutilization, underutilization, or late timesheet issues
  • Assist with oversight of outreach for renewals and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience providing services for persons with disabilities
  • Knowledge of PCA programs and experience or education in skills training
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to navigate databases
  • Specialized training provided as needed
Working Conditions:

This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel within assigned service areas. The physical demands of this job include regular talking and/or hearing, sitting, standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.
