Department of Learning Technologies

The Department of Learning Technologies at the University of North Texas is dedicated to enhancing learning and performance through innovative research, teaching, and service. Our focus is on learning technology, information, language, and computing technologies to advance learning, training, cognitive development, and human performance.

Adjunct Instructor Position

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Adjunct Instructor pool in the Department of Learning Technologies. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses in learning technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in learning technologies, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities
Requirements
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in an area of learning technologies or closely related field
  • Doctoral degree in the area of Learning Technologies, Learning Sciences, Instructional Systems Design, or related areas
  • College teaching experience is preferred, as is experience teaching any undergraduate or Master's level LTEC course
