Environmental Construction Specialist

At ECI Environmental Consultants, we are seeking a skilled Environmental Construction Specialist to join our team. This is a field position that requires experience with environmental compliance in relation to land clearing and construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs) and be able to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents for site-civil projects.
In this role, you will provide field technical support in multiple construction specializations, manage SWPPPs for utility transmission construction sites, and oversee site development crews during construction.
You will also ensure all field operations are in compliance with permits, document pre- and post-work field conditions, and communicate daily with the utility client, contractors, landowners, and the general public.
We offer a competitive salary of $30-$40 per hour, contingent upon relevant education, experience, and industry-specific certifications. In addition to a great salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, starting on the first day of employment.
