Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple project-related tasks with state, local, and municipal clients in the region
  • Mentor junior staff and work in a dynamic yet collaborative team setting

  • Meet performance targets such as scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Resources Engineering, or related field of practice
  • Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in municipal engineering with direct involvement in zoning, subdivisions, and stormwater work
  • Direct experience completing projects with public sector/municipal agencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good public speaking ability, and strong project financial management skills
