The Armory is a premier event center in Minneapolis, hosting a wide range of events including concerts, festivals, and corporate functions. We are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and are seeking a skilled Event Staff Member to join our team.

Job Description

This part-time role involves working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of events. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, scanning tickets, answering questions, and assisting with venue operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a guest service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Salary and Benefits
$16/hour plus opportunities for overtime pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
