Overview

As a Physical Therapist at CHI St Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients to restore or maintain their physical health following medical conditions, injuries, or age-related challenges. Our physical therapy department operates in a dynamic environment, treating numerous patients daily for assessments and therapeutic interventions. Most treatments are conducted directly by our therapists. You will encounter a diverse range of cases, including recovery from orthopedic injuries or surgeries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and balance disorders. This fast-paced setting is enriched by a collaborative team of professionals who are always ready to provide support, guidance, or mentorship.

CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280-bed, faith-based, non-profit facility recognized for its excellence in healthcare delivery across Arkansas. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and any changes in patient status.
  • Customize treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient, encouraging creative solutions.
  • Pursue ongoing learning opportunities and serve as a resource for colleagues.
  • Consistently strive to provide the highest standard of care to every patient.
Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapy License in the State of Arkansas.
  • Completion of a 6-month internship as part of a Master's program or a 1-year internship as part of a DPT program. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • CPR Certification is mandatory.
