Veterinary Front Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for routine and emergency visits.
- Provide clients with information regarding our services, policies, and procedures.
- Manage client billing, process payments, and explain invoices in a clear, patient, and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records using veterinary practice management software.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a client service or receptionist role is preferred.
- A passion for animals and familiarity with basic veterinary procedures and terminology is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently, clearly, and professionally with clients, coworkers, and vendors.
About CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on experience, along with benefits for full-time employees, including health insurance, paid time off, and more.
