Responsibilities and Qualifications

This leadership role involves overseeing the provision of high-quality patient care and support services within our organization. As a Nurse Practitioner - PPV Leader, you will be responsible for supervising nurse trainees, including graduate and advanced practice nurses in field placements, and participating in supervision of other trainees. You will also develop and maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documents to support sound medical practice and reimbursement for services provided. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience is required, preferably in oncology, hospice, geriatrics, or intensive care. The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing, a CNS or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment, and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult, Family, Acute, or Geriatric.
