Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Inspect and maintain food production equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
    • Document equipment observations and maintenance activities on a mobile app or tablet.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure consistency in dough production by adjusting processing equipment to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
    • Document lot numbers, raw dough temperatures, and fat percentages, and communicate any product or ingredient deviations to the production supervisor.
  • Production Support
    • Perform on-line bake offs and verify results against quality standards.
    • Report any accidents or maintenance issues to the production supervisor.
  • Housekeeping and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area during food production.
    • Sanitize equipment between runs.
    • Follow company safety policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in food production or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality control procedures.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
