Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at The Alpha Group. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and programming CNC machines, inputting parameters, and safely operating the machines to produce high-quality machined parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and program CNC machines to produce machined parts
  • Input parameters into the CNC machines
  • Safely operate CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts
  • Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to ensure tolerances are met
  • Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and other written instructions
  • Perform inspection of finished parts and identify defects or issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Use 2-D and 3-D drawings software
  • Maintain production records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in CNC machine operation
  • Experience using HSM Works, Solidworks, 2-D and 3-D drawing software required
  • Basic machine programming experience required but willing to train
  • Good trouble shooting skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday OR 3:00pm-11:30 pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $27-$29.00/hr
