Paraprofessional Assistant

Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals for full-time positions within school districts in the Pasadena, CA area.

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instruction.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
• Help implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support students in developing social, academic, and life skills.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paraprofessional certification or ability to obtain certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Understanding of special education practices and techniques is a plus.
