Caseload:1:1 position with students ages 5-22

Position:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessionalto join our exceptional team of educators. This positionwill provide specialized instruction, support, and advocacy to students with disabilities, ensuring their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inclusive education practices, possess excellent munication skills, and be mitted to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Job Description:

  • Assist teachers in providing instruction and support to students in various educational settings.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the teacher.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization of materials.
  • Support students with special needs, including physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • pletion of at least 60 college credit hours preferred.
  • Experience working as a paraprofessional required.
  • Knowledge of educational principles and practices beneficial.

Certifications:

  • Certified to be a Paraprofessional in the state of California preferred.
