Job Overview

Paragon Staffing, LLC specializes in matching skilled professionals with employers in need of temporary, contract, or permanent roles. We are currently seeking experienced wire rope operators to fulfill critical positions within our client’s operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate wire machinery to manufacture high-precision components.
  • Load and unload workpieces, align tooling, and make necessary machine adjustments.
  • Monitor and assess machine performance, making adjustments as required to maintain production flow.
  • Calculate wire lengths and fitting specifications, selecting the appropriate tools for various wire types.
  • Produce lifting accessories in compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Conduct inspections of lifting accessories according to established procedures.
  • Ensure accurate tagging of all produced wire reels, including factory order tags and scrap tags.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a wire manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent is required.
  • Ability to interpret and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Flexibility in handling various work tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Physical ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $19.
