Position Overview
The Electronics Technician plays a crucial role in supporting engineers in the development and assembly of electronic systems. This position requires proficiency in calibrating and utilizing soldering tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other essential electronic equipment. The technician must be adept at interpreting schematics and diagnosing electronic systems to identify issues and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the rapid prototyping and soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to construct electronic systems.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and manage workload efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with design teams and engineering personnel.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology or related field, or Electrician Certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in soldering and handling PCBs.
- At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
