Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans
- Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- 1 year of RN experience with at least 1 year of acute pediatric experience
- Ability to assess effectiveness of patient care and maintain a calm demeanor in crises and emergencies
- Prioritize tasks for complex patient care and communicate tactfully, professionally, and effectively, verbally and in writing
- BSN required; Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California and American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification required
