Job Summary

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • 1 year of RN experience with at least 1 year of acute pediatric experience
  • Ability to assess effectiveness of patient care and maintain a calm demeanor in crises and emergencies
  • Prioritize tasks for complex patient care and communicate tactfully, professionally, and effectively, verbally and in writing
  • BSN required; Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California and American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification required
