At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing complex chemical analyses using state-of-the-art chromatography instruments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses using chromatography methods and instruments.
- Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records, including notebooks and computer-based documentation.
- Develop and optimize chromatographic methods as required.
- Maintain assigned laboratory instrumentation, including routine maintenance, calibration, and verification.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including method validation and peer review.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of chromatography principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
