About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (BC-ABA) to join our Behavioral Health division at Kidology, Inc. As a BC-ABA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, progress reports, and individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for client programs, monitoring progress regularly and making program changes as indicated.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or school district staff in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Develop individualized programming based on client needs, caregiver, and/or case manager input.
  • Maintain communication with caregivers and school district stakeholders regarding client progress and plan of care.
Requirements
  • A license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) is required.
  • A certification as a BCABA or other undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
  • Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
