Job Summary

Cassia CONNECT is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
  • Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities
  • Participate in comprehensive training and CNA certification program
Requirements
  • No prior nursing or medical experience required
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Ability to pass MN Background Check
