Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Nurse-Delegated Tasks: Record vital signs, operate mechanical lifts, and perform other tasks delegated by our skilled nursing staff.
  • Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in daily activities, provide emotional support, and promote a sense of community.

Requirements
  • Age and Education: Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs, with regular breaks and accommodations as needed.
