Job Summary

The Therapist II is a key member of our treatment team, providing clinical services, case coordination, and intervention to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This role requires strong ethics, honesty, and adherence to our Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with referral sources, internal team members, and external educational and service providers to ensure patient care and continuity.
  • Provide and document clinical services accurately, utilizing evidenced-based practices.
  • Seek medical provider consultations and maintain ongoing communication for patient care coordination.
  • Demonstrate strong customer satisfaction skills and knowledge of SBHI clinical records and paperwork standards.
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards for administration and reporting of outcome measures and documentation of utilization management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant social science field.
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team, with age-appropriate competency.
Working Conditions and Expectations

This role requires flexibility in scheduling to meet changing business needs, including working different days/hours or staying beyond the normal shift. The employee must be able to work cooperatively and effectively within a team, demonstrating effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
