About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a highly skilled Associate Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Technology Group, you will play a critical role in enabling the modernization, consolidation, and digitization of technology solutions to provide an enhanced user experience for Fidelity associates.

You will work closely with business teams to gain a deep understanding of processes and the context in which the business operates. Your primary responsibility will be to document the capabilities needed to address operational and technological challenges through targeted improvements.

The Team

Our team consists of several key functions, including Ethics, Strategy and Planning, Employee Compliance, Workplace Solutions Compliance, Advice Solutions Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Global Sanctions and Risk Assessment and Testing.

The Ethics Office plays a vital role in supporting associates at Fidelity by interpreting laws, regulations, and standards into workable compliance measures, fostering a culture of compliance and ethics through training and awareness efforts, and ensuring program effectiveness through monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements with business users and translating them into functional specifications
  • Execute test plans and cases with key stakeholders, ensuring that system tests are successfully completed
  • Contribute to projects from gathering initial requirements through implementation
  • Facilitate communication between technology teams and business users for delivery of effective solutions
  • Work closely with Product Owners to determine project estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assist in performing analysis of current processes and recommending improvements
  • Review business user feedback and backlogs to continuously improve solutions
  • Work closely with technology teams to assist in the analysis and resolution of production support issues
