We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical office setting and be proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems.


This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Fridays from 8am to 3pm. Our clinic location is based in Knightdale, NC, and occasional travel to other locations may be required.


Responsibilities:

  • Rooming patients and documenting vital information
  • Scribing information for the dermatologist
  • Providing post-op wound care to patients
  • Drawing blood and suture removal
  • Cleaning and stocking exam rooms
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Assisting the dermatologist with procedures such as surgical photographs, biopsies, excisions, and injections

Qualifications:

  • Minimum post-high school education in a medical support field, such as Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
