We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Slate Valley Center in Granville, NY. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
Helping Residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:
Valid LPN State license
Ability to work as a team member
Must be in good standing with State Registry
